In infants specifically - grunting and head bobbing. In general - intercostal and subcostal recession - tracheal tug - nasal flaring - too breathless to speak - Stridor

A
O2 saturation less than 92% CHEST Cyanosis, Confusion Hypotension Exhaustion + poor resp effort Silent chest Tachycardia

A
O2 sats <92% peak flow less than 50% Unable to complete sentences Signs of resp distress RR >40 if 1-5yo or >30 over 5yrs HR >140 in 1-5yrs, >125 in >5yrs
