what are features of a complex/malignant ovarian cyst?
multilocular, more likely to be malignant
what does mx depend on?
age - whether pre or post menopausal
mx in pre-menopausal
conservative
US - repeat in 8-12 weeks
mx in post-menopausal
refer to gynae
unlikely to be physiological
