A

middle ear infection, external ear infection, foreign body, trauma, mastoiditis

What are malignant sources of otalgia?

A

nasopharynx, pharynx, tonsil, tongue or larynx
due to tobacco and ETOH
unilateral or remitting middle ear infusion

What are infection causes of otalgia?

A

tonsillopharyngitis, peritonsiliar, oropharyngeal abscess
Pain with swallowing
Pharyngeal erythema
