What does the sacrospinous ligament do?
Converts the greater sciatic notch into the greater sciatic foramen
Name where the sacrotuberous ligament extends to and from.
Extends from the medial border of the tuberosity to the posterior superior iliac spine of the pelvic bone, along the posterior aspect and lateral border of the sacrum then onto the posterolat. surface of the coccyx
What does the sacrotuberous ligament do?
Converts, w/the sacrospinous ligament, the lesser sciatic notch into the lesser sciatic foramen.
