Hepatic flap - if jaundiced for liver failure

Yellow sclera - jaundice
Dentition/mouth ulcers
Angular stomatitis/cheilitis

Obvious swellings, lumps or distention

Two core symptoms of depression
During the last month have you often been bothered by feeling down or feeling hopeless?
Do you have little interest or pleasure in doing things?
Must have one of the above, most days, most of the time for a least 2 weeks
Other typical symptoms of depression
Fatigue/loss of energy
Worthlessness/inappropriate guilt
Recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts or idealisation/attempts
Diminished ability to think/concentration
Agitiation
Insomnia/hypersomnia
Significant appetite and/or weight loss
Two core symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder
Excessive anxiety and worry, more days than not for 6 months about a variety of events or activities
Difficulty controlling worry
Additional symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder
Must have at least 3 for 6+ months in addition to core symptoms
- feeling of tension and restlessness
- easily fatigued
- difficulty concentrating/mind going blank
