- Watch for rhabdo and renal failure

- Exposed bone or puncture wound to level of bone
- T1- simple fracture, clean wound
- T2: laceration of surrounding tissue, musculature
- T3: extensive soft tissue damage, contamination

- Abx and tetanus
- Splint and cover with wet, sterile dressings
- Debridement
- Refer
