oval shape, <1 cm size, sessile or pedunculated base, pink (happens in the oral mucosa), exophytic

Stratified squamous epithelium on the surface
Treatment for the irritation fibroma
Complete removal

Etiology of the Oral Squamous Papilloma, in what age it’s more common
Human papilloma virus type 6 and 11, any age (more common in the 20-50),
Location of the Oral Squamous Papilloma
more common on hard, soft palate or tongue. But can occur anywhere.
Clinical features of the Oral Squamous Papilloma
finger-like projections, white or pink, well-demarcated, exophytic, sessile base, <0,5 cm size
Histologic features of the Oral Squamous Papilloma
Stratified squamous epithelium, variable keratinization
Treatment for the Oral Squamous Papilloma
Complete removal
Etiology of the Verruca Vulgaris, in who it’s more common
HPV virus 2 and 4, more common in children
