Amblyopia /Lazy eye

A

Ambliopía,

también conocida como “ojo perezoso”, es una condición visual que se desarrolla en la infancia, donde un ojo no alcanza una agudeza visual normal, incluso con el uso de gafas o lentes de contacto. Esto ocurre porque el cerebro y el ojo afectado no están trabajando juntos de manera adecuada, lo que lleva al cerebro a favorecer el otro ojo.
