What is a manufacturing business?
A
Manufacturing businesses are often the businesses where outputs are tangible and can be stored. Customers are rarely involved in the production process and heavily relies on heavy machinery and equipment.

A
Service businesses are intangible and cannot be stored and customers are heavily involved within the processes that are being performed.
