O: Clavicle, Sternum, and Upper 6 Costal Cartilages

I: Lateral Lip of Bicipital Groove

N: Medial and; Lateral Pectoral Nerve: C5, C6, C7, C8, T1

A: Adducts arm and rotate it medially; Clavicular fibers also flex arm

A

O: 3rd, 4th, and 5th ribs

I: Coracoid process of scapula

N: Medial Pectoral Nerve: C6,C7,C8

A: Depresses point of shoulder and if scapula is fixed, it elevates the ribs of origin
