Abate
To become less intense or widespread. It means to reduce in degree, intensity, or severity. For example, ‘The storm began to abate after a few hours.’
Aboriginal
(of human races, animals, and plants) inhabiting or existing in a land from the earliest times or before the arrival of colonists; indigenous. This term is often used to refer to the first inhabitants of a particular region.
Aboriginal people
The first inhabitants of a particular region or country. This term is often used with a capital ‘A’ when referring to the Indigenous peoples of Australia.
Abruptly
Suddenly and unexpectedly. It describes something that happens quickly and without warning. For example, ‘He stood up abruptly and left the room.’
Abstinence

Accomplishment
