A

It charaterised by high blood pressure and proteinuria after 20 weeks of gestation( 3rd trimester).
Sign and symptoms includes:
RIght upper quadrant pain
Headache + visual disturbance
Acute onset oedema e.g pedal edema
Hyper reflexia (brisk reflexes) and clonus
