When aware of any matters which will change or have changed the scope of services, shall give a written notice to the client containing particular changes

Shall perform scope of services as stated in section 2 of the professional manual of practice

When required, shall direct and cooperate with all other professionals and integrate their work where applicable into that being undertaken by the CE and other professionals but shall not be professionaly liable for their work

Shall not notify the client of any interest the CE has which may significantly conflict with interest of the client under their contract.

May reccomend specialist suppliers and or contractors to design and execute certain parts of the work in which the CE shall coordinate the design of such part or parts w the overall design of the works but he or she shall be relieved of all responsibility for the design. Manufacture, installation and performance of any such part or parts of the works the ce shall not be liable for the acts of negligence, default, omission by such person or persons
