Upper edge of clavicle where it crosses the first rib b/l
What is the anterior Chapman’s point for the SINUSES?
Upper edge of 2nd rib ~3.5 inches from the sternum and in the 1st intercostal space above b/l
What is the anterior Chapman’s point for the PHARYNX?
Front of 1st rib b/l
What is the anterior Chapman’s point for the TONSILS?
1st intercostal space and close to the sternum b/l

2nd intercostal space close to the sternum b/l

Posterior aspect of TP of C1
