Objection (4.1): I don’t want my property marketed anywhere because I don’t want my tenants thinking or knowing I am trying to sell the property.

So just to be clear, if you got an unbelievable offer that was exactly what you were looking for, you wouldn’t accept it because you’re Tenants might know you are selling the property?

Objection (4.2): I would certainly sell if the price were right, but I don’t want my tenants knowing or being concerned about me selling the property. I don’t want that headache.

A

Well the fact is, most tenants are tenants because they’re not looking to buy properties. The only websites that I would recommend your property be marketed on are websites only frequently visited by individuals who are motivated to buy properties.

We’ve found, with great success, that the vast majority of tenants never know the property is being marketed, that is unless they are already considering buying their own building.

So why don’t we authorize the agreement and get you the best price possible. Would you like me to send the agreement over by text or is there an email that works best for you?

Objection (4.3): I hear you, but having tenants find out that I am looking to sell the property isn’t a risk I am willing to take.

Ok, so if I were to change the agreement so that nothing is marketed online other than me sending out some information to my database of buyers who would be likely to buy the property for a great price, is there any other reason why you wouldn’t move forward with the agreement?
