They have lower mylination and you need to build up mylination using fat

- CBC—neutropenia; possible macrocytic anemia due to B12 or folate deficiency
- CMP—hypoalbunemia
- Lipids—decreased cholesterol and triglycerides
- If indicated thyroid panel (hyperthyroidism)
