Nutrients are substances the body needs to function properly.
Macro nutrients
These are needed in large amounts and provide energy.
Carbohydrates: Provide energy (e.g., rice, bread, fruits).
Proteins: Build and repair tissues (e.g., meat, beans, eggs).
Fats: Provide energy and support cell function (e.g., oils, nuts, butter).
Macro nutrients examples
Carbohydrates:

Proteins:
