The Cake ingredients should be brought to room temperature before use.

All cakes should be bake in a clean greased baking tin.Arrangement of cake pans in the oven should allow heated air currents to circulate around the cake.

The middle of the oven are best for even baking.

Baking temperature is usually 350 degrees fahrenheit or 180 degrees celsius.

Once the cake is cooled after baking, then the cake can be decorated with ( Glace Icing, royal icing, Fondant, Butter Cream, Fluffy frosting and meringue)
