A

Eat a variety of food - pyramid
Control your weight - daily exercise
Eat less fat and reduce cholesterol - it can cause obesity, heart disease and some cancer
Eat less sugar - there is a lot of sugar in processed foods
Eat less salt - increases blood pressure and strokes
Drink lots of water - when you are thirsty you are dehydrated
Limit alcohol intake - one standard drink per day too much can cause liver damage, and brain damage
Promote breastfeeding - decreases infection and more nutrition
