Narrow blood vessels and put strain on the heart
Lead to blood clots which block blood vessels
Blood trapped in vessels feeding heart with oxygen can result in heart attack

High blood pressure
Makes it difficult for the heart to pump blood around the blood efficiently and your heart can’t respond in exercise
Dangers of processed foods
Can contain lots of salt and fat
Makes food less nutritional by reducing the mineral vitamin and fibre content when processed
