A
Is given upon arrival to the incoming emergency department. It prioritizes patients according to the severity/urgency of their illness or injury.

Bedside Report
A
Delivered once patient has been transferred to receiving hospital. Is a continuation of triage report and includes full background on the patient including medical history, medications, vitals, a complete story on the events surrounding their illness/injury and any treatments administered
