• Which vehicle PT was in
• How many vehicles were involved
• Speed of vehicles
• Interior & exterior damage
• Type of restraints in use/airbags deployed
• Initial position & condition of PT
• Any loss of consciousness
• Condition of other PTS in the vehicle

Question 3

Regarding a pedestrian struck

Answer 3

• What hit the PT, including size, weight, and velocity of vehicle
• What part of vehicle hit what part of PT
• Damage to vehicle
• Distance PT was thrown
• Initial position & condition of PT
• Any loss of consciousness

Regarding a shooting
