What are norms?
Norms are unwritten rules of society that are specific enough to govern human behaviours in particular
What are values?
Values are the fundamental beliefs of underpinning a community or society and providing general principles for human behaviour.
How do norms and values link?
Norms are underlying values
What are two norms?
Eating with your mouth closed, to ask someone what is wrong when they are crying.
What are two values?
One should not harm others, One should think of other feelings.
What is nature?
Nature refers to the idea that social behaviours, is biological or innate. Some believe that certain innate traits are biological determined due to our genes and biological make up
What is nurture?
Nurture refers to the idea that social behaviour is learnt through the socialisation process. Sociologists believe that human behaviour is learnt through the process of a person being nurtured, where they imitate behaviour.

Temperament, Speaking.

Eating, Blinking.
