What are the risks for high risk pregnancies
A
RF - Age <15 >35 Heighter under 1.5m, under 45kg, obese UTerine malformation, incompetant cervis, small pelvis single mum, drugs, poor, Hypothyroid, hyperthyroid Drugs, alcohol, smoke No antenatal care previous hx of misscariage
previous complicated preg - biggest RF

What to do with high risk pregnancies
A
Refer for consultant lead care and–
Continued surveillance - more scans
High dose folate 5mg (given also to women on antiepiletics, GDM, obesity, sickle cell, HIV)
Low dose aspirin (75mg ) for pre-eclampsia prophylaxis
