Supplements -
if ferritin okay OTC
if not 100-200mg OD iron - rechech 2-3weeks
ferrous sulphate, folic acid, B12
(always care to not give folic if b12 could be cause)

B12-meat and dairy
folate- green leaft veggy, nuts, yeast

Intra-partum -
