purulent urethral discharge and dysuria

Diagnosis of non gonococcal urethritis ?
A
swab taken in clinic -microscopy- showed neutrophils but no Gram-negative diplococci (i.e. no evidence of gonorrhoea)
Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea NAATs were negative

oral azithromycin or doxycycline
