A
- Prepare the tube by wrapping around finger then place in water
- Assist patient to high fowlers position
- Measure the tube with nose ear then xiphoid process
- Put a drape on patients chest
- Prepare tape

- Put on gloves
- Wrap tube around fingers for 10-15cm
