being close to the south pole we are in an area where there’s no protection from ozone hole, this means direct sunlight that can create sunburn to the grapes.

Sight: very pale straw with green and silver rim
Nose: grapefruit and lime citrus with gooseberry, grass and green herbs notes; vegetal elements as asparagus, green bean, bell pepper/jalapeno
