Indecent Exposure
In or Within View - Public Place and act done in a private place which can be seen by a person in a public place.
Public Place
Intentionally - The act of exposure … Deliberate or voluntarily and not accidental.
Obscenely - Offends contemporary standards of propriety, to the extent that a reasonable observer would regard it with “loathing, disgust and revulsion”. Consideration must be given to time, place and circumstances.
Exposes any part of his or her genitals
Indecent Act in a Public Place
Wilfully does - Deliberate or voluntarily and not accidental
Any indecent act - sexually explicit
In any place to which the public have or are permitted to have access OR within view of any such place
Indecent Act with Intent to Insult or Offend
With intent to insult or offend - Done deliberately, on purpose aiming to cause offence and outrage

Sexual Violation by Rape
A person who rapes another person - Effected by the penetration of genitalia by penis.
- Without consent to connection
- Without believing on reasonable grounds consented to the connection
Sexual Violation by Unlawful Sexual Connection
Any person having unlawful sexual connection with another person - Without consent and believing on reasonable grounds.
Sexual Connection:
Introduction into the genitalia or the anus of one person, otherwise than for genuine medical purposes.
- any part of the body of another person
- an object held or manipulated by another person
- connection between the mouth or tongue of one person and a part of another person’s genitalia or anus
- continuation of connection of a kind described above
