Guillain barre syndrome
Tx: IgG plasmaphoresis

Need use hands to and arms to stand up. .
Muscular weakness typically in boys
Myasthenia gravis
Fluctuating double vision and swallowing difficulties. Fatigable weakness. Lesion neuromuscular junction.
Treatment: pyridostigmine and steroids
