A

Loss of pain and temperature sensation in cape-like distribution, trophic changes to skin, muscle weakness, spasticity, hyper-reflexia and abnormal plantar reflexes

Enlargement of a cavity of fluid within spinal cord compressing spinal tracts.
Bright lesion at T2 level
