Stakeholder concept
Organization operates within a complex environment in which it affects and is affected by a variety of forces or stakeholders who share the value of the organization
What is a shareholder?
An organization should create wealth and return as much of that wealth to its shareholders. Managers primarily objective is to drive profit for the company.
What is task conflict?
Conflict over how a task should be performed

Leader imposes a solution - good in crisis situations (Authoritarian)
