Negotiating outer shell of explicit artifacts to appreciate values and norms and understand basic beliefs

Culture - beliefs and perspectives that are generational and climate is what you see

Cognitive, motivational and behavioral
What is a high context culture
Longstanding networks of relationship, blur lines between business and social lives
What is a low context culture
Communication must be very explicit as relationships dont have as much history
