A
Corticospinal (or brainstem) neurons that innervate spinal motor neurons.

A
Initially: muscle weakness, flaccid paralysis
Eventually: spasticity, increased tone
Abnormal plantar reflex
Hyperreflexia

A
Loss of inhibition of antagonist muscles.
