What is suggested by 102nd amendment act of 2018 in relation of National commission for BCs?
Conferred a constitutional status on the commission. Added article 338-B.and commission was converted from statutory body to constitutional body.
What is composition?
Chairperson, vice chairperson, 3 other members. Appointed and conditions of service decided by president.
