MONA BAHF
1) Morphine 2-4mg
2) O2
3) nitroglycerin SL q5min x3
4) Aspirin 325mg
6) Betablocker (metoprolol 5mg IV q2min x3; then 50mg q 6hr starting 15min after last IV dose)
7) ACEi (for failure or major infarct)
8) Heparin
