Trapezius
O: 1. Descending - sup. nuchal line, ext.occipital protuberande, nuchal ligament
2. Transverse - spinous process C7-T3 3. Ascending - spinous process T4-T12
I: 1. lateral 1/3 of clavicle 2. acromion 3. spine of scapula I: accessory nerve F: abduction, elevation, retraction, depression, upward rotation

O: spinous process T6-T12, thoracolumbar fascia, iliac crest, 9->12 rib
