O (Sternal Head) : Anterior surface of the manubrium
O (Clavicular Head) : Medial 1/3 of clavicle
I : Mastoid process of the temporal bone and lateral 1/2 of superior nuchal line of the occipital bone
A :
1. Flexes the lower neck at the spinal joints
2. Extends the upper neck at the spinal joints
3. Laterally flexes the head and neck at the spinal joints
4. Contralaterally rotates the head and neck at the spinal joints

O : TVP of C3-C6
I : Scalene tubercle on the inner surface of the first rib
SMA :
1. Flexes the neck at the spinal joints
2. Laterally flexes the neck at the spinal joints
RMA :
1. Elevates 1st rib at the sternocostal and costospinal joints
