Brachioradialis
O : Proximal 2/3 of the lateral supracondylar ridge of the humerus
I : Lateral side of the radial styloid process
A :
1. Flex the arm at the elbow joint
2. Pronate the forearm at the ru joint
3. Supinate the forearm at the ru joint
Supinator
O : Lateral epicondyle of the humerus and supinator crest of the ulna
I : Proximal 1/3 of posterior, lateral and anterior sides of the radius
A : Supinate the forearm at RU joints
Pronator Teres
O (Humeral Head) : Medial epicondyle of the humerus via the common flexor tendon and medial supracondylar ridge
O (Ulnar Head) : Medial surface of the coronoid process of the ulna
I : Middle 1/3 of the lateral surface of the radius
A :
1. Pronates the forearm at the RU joints
2. Flexes the forearm at the elbow
Pronator Quadratus
O : Distal 1/4 of anterior distal ulna
I : Distal 1/4 of anterior distal radius
A : Pronate the forearm at the RU joints
