A
O-  1.  Iliac crest
      2.  Iliac fossa
      3. Ala of sacrum
      4.  Anterior sacro-iliac ligaments
I-  1.  Tendon of psoas major
    2.  Lesser trochanter
    3.  Femur distal to it
N- Femoral Nerve L2 L3
A- 1.  Flexes thigh at  hip joint
    2.  Stabilizes hip

I- Superior part of medial surface of tibia (pes anserinus)
N- Femoral Nerve
A- 1. Flexes, ABducts, and laterally rotates thigh at hip joint
2. Flexes leg at knee joint (medially rotating leg when knee is flexed)
