A: 1. Extend lateral four digits
2. Dorsiflex ankle
Extensor Hallucis Longus
O: 1. Middle part of anterior surface of fibula
2. Interosseous Membrane
I: Dorsal Aspect of base of distal phalanx of great toe
N: Deep Peroneal Nerve L5 S1
A: 1. Extend great toe
2. Dorsiflex ankle
Peroneus Tertius
O: Inferior Third of anterior surface of fibula Interosseus membrane I: Dorsum of base of 5th metatarsal N: Deep Peroneal Nerve A: 1. Dorsiflex ankle 2. Aid in eversion of foot

O: Head and Superior 2/3 of lateral surface of fibula

2. Weakly plantar flex ankle
Peroneus Brevis
O: Inferior 2/3 of lateral surface of fibula
I: Dorsal surface of tuberosity on lateral side of base of 5th metatarsal

O: Calcanelus (floor of tarsal sinus)
