-dx with mumps orchitis a complication 30%, torsion unlikely given the circumstance
-it usually affect one rarely the other one/if one is affected no sterility problems
-reduction size of testes but not function
-no impotence/will not affect your sex life
-no risk og malignancy
-infectivity : 6 days before swelling face, to 9 days after swelling face
-pain : panadine
-complications
1cpmmon : orchitis, asceptic meningitis
2.rare : encephalitis, arthritis, pancreatitis, oophoritis
