-two abiotics(coamox/clarythro plus metro
with PPi 1-2 weeks
-antisecretory therapy 4-8weeks
-heal 90percent of ulcers, chance ulcer recurrence is low if organism eradicated
2.NSAID
-only require acid suppression
-switch to pcm

-avoid nsaid, smoking, alcohol(prevent ulcer from healing)
