Difference between unitary system, federal system, and confederation
Unitary system- where power is concentrated in the national gov.
Federal system- like we have in the US, power is divided between state and national gov
Confederation- this is what we had before the constitution, thsi is we’re power is more concentrated in the state gov. With weak national gov

Powers only given to the national government

Powers not specifically mentions in the constitution, but hinted at
Commerce clause
Only congress can regulate commerce with other countries amongst several states
Necessary and proper clause
