A
Anteriorly, laterally, posteriorly

Describe the palpation of the shoulder.
A
Palpate along clavicle, to acromioclavicular joint, feel coracoid process, humerus, around scapular

What active movements should the patient perform?
A
Flexion, extension
Abduction, adduction
Internal and external rotation
Assess movement of the scapula as the patient abducts the shoulder by palpating it

How should you feel passive movements?
A
If you notice an abnormality, in OSCE do it anways
