If the presenting complaint is sexual or if they have medical/social problems with a sexual component

A
Age and nature of 1st sexual experience
Previous sexual experiences: who with, what type, when, no. of people (last 6 months), contraception used
History of sexual abuse
History of sexual diseases
Psychosexual problems: erection, ejaculation, loss of libido, dyspareunia
Cultural beliefs and practices

Discharge Dysuria/frequency Itching/soreness Skin changes Abdo pain Dyspareunia Systemic
