Pt. often reports a sprain
pain localized to the dorsum of the midfoot
Sever pain when hindfoot is stabilized and forefoot is rotated and/or abducted
Lisfranc Fracture
Hakkux valgus w/ lateral deviation of the great toe at the MTP
Common in females
pain swelling, aggravated by shoe wear
greater toe pronates
Bunion
plantar pain in the forefoot
Dysesthesias into the affected two toes or burning plantar pain
numbness in the adjacent toes of the involved web space
night pain is rare
Pt. report feeling of “walking on a marble” or “wrinkle in sock”
Wearing High heeled or tight restrictive shoes aggravate Sx
Positive Metatarsal Squeeze test
Morton Neuroma
plantar pain in the forefoot
Dysesthesias into the affected two toes or burning plantar pain
