2) dm2 etc!!! No clear association of cts and work but workplace can precipitate pain if cts is already present

If hx of tdap then just tetanus TOXOID
If clean knife never need tetanus ig. Just give tetanus toxoid if last tdap >10 yrs ago or unsure
