TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of 4th rib

App ant to post (a horizontal band of fascia can often be palpated with a vertical snapping motion)

Glide: Midline sternum above xiphisternal junction, inf and right

TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of 5th rib

App ant to post (a horizontal band of fascia can often be palpated with a sup to inf snapping motion)

Glide: Midline sternum at xiphisternal junction, sup and left (exaggeration of flex deformity)
