TP: Sup, ant aspect of manubrium (ant aspect just below sternal notch at mid-line)
App ant to post
TX: Client supine
Glide: Upper sternum (below Angle of Louis) inf and right
Manubrial Flexion Dysfunction
MANF(P)
TP: 1.5 to 2F inf to sup ant aspect of manubrium (ant aspect of sternal notch at mid-line)

TX: Client supine
Glide: Upper sternum (below Angle of Louis) sup and left
Left Sternal Torsion Dysfunction
STTL(P)
TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of Second rib

TX: Client supine
Trunk: Lower trunk rot, in direction of sternal rot
Rot: Manubrium in direction of manubrial torsion via horizontal ADD of OPP arm to exaggerate rot
Right Sternal Torsion Dysfunction

TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of 3rd rib
App ant to post
TX: Client supine
Trunk: Lower trunk rot, in direction of sternal rot
Rot: Manubrium in direction of manubrial torsion via horizontal ADD of OPP arm to exaggerate rot

TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of 4th rib
App ant to post (a horizontal band of fascia can often be palpated with a vertical snapping motion)
TX: Client supine
Glide: Midline sternum above xiphisternal junction, inf and right
Sternal Flexion Dysfunction
STF(P)
TP: Mid-line sternum, at level of 5th rib
App ant to post (a horizontal band of fascia can often be palpated with a sup to inf snapping motion)
TX: Client supine
Glide: Midline sternum at xiphisternal junction, sup and left (exaggeration of flex deformity)
