TP: Under / lat to post aspect of mid forearm flexor mass
Lift and pinch flexor mass
TX: Cervicothoracic Flex Mark, SB twd mild to mod, Rot twd mild to mod
Compress: Involved rib / thorax inf-med direction involved side / utilize ipsi rotary motion to fine tune
Note: Involved spinous processes will be prominent
Flexed Thoracic T9-T10 Periosteal Dysfunction

TP: Under / ant mid calf flexor mass
Lift and pinch mid-Soleus mass
TX: Side lying in hook lying on uninvolved side, grasp both lower legs and feet
Glide: Ipsi corresponding rib in post and inf direction
Translation: Table side femur in post direction, exaggerate lumbar flex deformity (using hip pressure)
Note: Involved spinous processes prominent
Flexed Lumbar T11-L5 Periosteal Dysfunction

TP: Under / ant to mid hamstring mass
Lift and pinch flexor mass
TX: Side-lying in hook lying on uninvolved side, grasp both lower legs and feet / Lumbar Flex via hip flexion to level, SB twd by lifting feet toward ceiling
Translation: Table side femur in post direction exaggerating lumbar flex deformity (using hip pressure)
Note: Involved spinous processes prominent

Compress/Translate: Inf and contra direction

TP #2 Alt T1-T6(P): Ant to (under) Triceps Brachii from prox to distal musculo-tendinous junctions. Lift and pinch Triceps mass
TP #2 Alt T7-T8(P): Med (under) mid forearm extensor mass. Lift and pinch under extensor mass (adjacent to radius)
TX: Supine or seated (client maintaining extension actively), rot head ipsi for segments T1-T4. Ext, rot and SB twd
Glide: Involved rib post, inf and med to rot involved vertebral segment ipsi
Extended Periosteal Torsions T9-T10

TP#1: Over post-lat tip of T9 and T10 transverse processes. App post-lat to ant-med
TP#2: Post to (under) mid, lat Tibialis Anterior muscle. Lift and pinch
TX: Supine or seated (with client maintaining extension actively)
Glide: Legs SB twd involved side with ipsi knee flex. Add ipsi knee and glide iliac crest (or ribs below involved segment) ant, sup, and med
